Ive been using Photoshop for years, I have a subscription  I needed Adobe Bridge so I updated and now my link to Photoshop on my desktop has gone, Creative Cloud has appeared instead. When I go into that it says it's now Photohop 2021 and I need to buy it again. I need it asap, is this the process I ned to go through or will I end up paying two subscriptions?

Hi

Try the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

and let us know if that works.

Logged out and rebooted.

Logged back in - "buy now"

I followed the steps in the link.

Download the Adobe Limited Access Repair tool:

did that

Double-click the downloaded file to extract its contents

did that

From the extracted folder, launch the Limited Access Repair tool in Admin mode.Windows: Right-click on the tool and choose Run as Administrator.

did that

Accept the license agreement.

did that

Select Continue.

did that

the tool fixes your hosts file and displays the number of entries fixed. Select Close.

message "0 hosts files were fixed! Please restart your Adobe application(s)"

Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app, or relaunch it if already open.

did that

Go to Apps > Updates. Then find an app you want to update, and select Update.

went to Photoshop - "Trial expired - Buy now"

If none of that worked, then you will need to contact Adobe Customer Care:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

Do not respond to any PMs, as they are likely to be from scammers. There is a report button behind the ellipses menu.
