However, I must add that it would be best to photograph your own images.

Start by making a selection around the area where you want the cigar image.

Then choose Edit > Generative Fill.

In the Generative Fill dialog box, type what you want. For example: cigar, or cigar with smoke.

In the Properties panel you will see 3 choices. If none are to your liking you can click Generate in the Properties panel.
