crop command

Good Morning

When you click the crop icon, the image gets a dashed frame.

How can you cut only the right third of the image for example so that the left part will remain unchanged?

I can not do this because when the cursor is on the right border of the picture and I move it to the left, the whole picture is reduced and not just in the lateral dimension as I wanted.

    Hi

    With the crop tool selected go the options bar and make sure the ratio/dimension boxes are clear. If not, Press the "Clear button" to  delete the content of both. Now you can crop unconstrained.
