Crop not working properly

Hi all, I have an issue with Photoshop 2023, it is suddenly not cropping my artwork properly. I have one row of pixels at the bottom of each artwork like this. It is a seamless print and so when matching the tiles up there is a row of empty pixels on each. It doesn't look like it's in the document bounds but when I save as a jpg it has that empty row on every one. Does anyone know what's happening?
