Crop overlay not showing on 23.0.0

Updated to 23.0.0 on Mac OS Big Sure. The crop tool overlay isn't showing. I've reset the tool and still no luck. I've got it set to Always Show Overlay, but it stays hidden while cropping.

Could you try resetting Photoshop's preferences and let us know how it goes?
