Crop tool crops on mouse click

PS 20.0.1  After setting a crop using the crop tool, the next mouse click anywhere will execute the crop, unlike previous versions which required a keystroke (enter or return). This stops me from setting guides to the crop area then discarding the crop as I used to do (so that I knew the limits of the area I needed to work on). The workaround* I've found takes more time, especially if you want to return to the precise pixel dimensions of the original image (for compositing later, for example) or if you need to set more than one possible crop (which is usual for me - I need to prepare images for at least two different aspect ratios).

*Crop without discarding pixels, set guides to image edges, recrop back to original image.

I see what you are saying as soon as I click in ruler, or doubleclick it will finalize the crop.

Command dragging a guide out of the rulers, works on mac. Try Ctrl dragging ruler if you are on win.

Yes, it's one of the new features. I was trying to find a way to turn this off for your workflow but I was not able to find one.

Maybe they will and this to the preferences soon.
