Cropped images after automated resizing

Hello!

I encounter a problem with the automation of resizing many images in Photoshop (4.1.1) and I was wondering if the community had ideas to help 🙂

I have several png images (of different sizes) that I need to resize in order to obtain a canvas size of 600*600px (the pictures within the images don't need to be 600*600px, they just need to be centered in the canvas).

I have found interesting Adobe articles (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/processing-batch-files.html and https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/creating-actions.html) that allows me to do what I want: I record actions and use droplet to apply the action to all images. That far, everything goes well.

My true problem is that some of the images generated are cropped, the ones that have an "high height".

Does anyone have an idea in order to automate the process without getting cropped images?
