CS3 Activation Trouble

Hello,

I have a quick question for you all.

I have had CS3 for many years, but my computer crashed out.

So, I got  a new computer and I am trying to install it.

However, the system is asking me for an activation number.

Do you know how can I get it?

    Yes, I did get the new serial number, but system does ask for it during the installation.

    I removed CS3 several times, but still does not asked for the the new number, asks for authorization code instead.


    Try this:

    Resolve "temporary activation expired" error for CS3 and Acrobat 8

    If that doesn't work then try this:

    CS3 Activation-the solution!

    Adobe recently closed the activation servers for CS3 products. See here for the info you need to get up and running again: Activation or connection error when starting CS3 or Acrobat 8

      Thanks a lot, it seems that is working, but now the system asks for an authorization code.

      Did you not receive a new serial number or code to use? Perhaps via email? Unfortunately, I have not been through the process myself, so my knowledge of the process is somewhat lacking
