CS5 Won't Activate

I deactivated CS5 Master Collection. I checked to make sure it was deactivated. It was and I installed.

I installed it on the SAME machine, same version of Windows (just reinstalled) and now it says I've reached my activation limit.

Support (via chat) says that they aren't supporting the product anymore and I'm out of luck.

I don't understand how I can buy a perpetual license to software and now they've cut off my access.

What can I do to get this activated? I feel like I really did this the right way.

There's something wrong and illegal about buying a piece of software that they choose to no longer let you use. This software cost thousands of dollars and I'm abiding by the TOCs.
