Can anybody tell me PLEASE! Where can I find -on the Adobe website- a link to unpack the CS6 programme which I bought in 2019. I want to re-install . Ofcorse I have the serial number... my product history and order history the template is empty. very frustrating!!

If you bought it in 2019 it's a cracked and illegal version. CS6 hasn't been legally available since 2015 or so.

Sorry to inform you: it was original purchased at Adobe... Never mind. I had a full saved version on one of my external discs... and I am out of the woods now.
