CS6 Dataset to CC Dataset issues

Hey there,

So I use to run a dataset merge in CS6 to create apparel images. In CS6 I had no problem doing so, My CSV sheet would include just the filename of the photo and when I ran the dataset it imported the photo into the correct variabled layer. 

But now I'm in CC and tried to do the same thing but it's saying that the replacement image could not be found. All my images that I need imported are in the same folder that I'm running the CSV sheet from. I tried troubleshooting the file and it will show if I manually select the file that I'm trying to import. I noticed that instead of showing the image filename it shows the full path of the file. 

Which in CS6 It used to automatically know where it's pulling that image from, is there anything that I have to setup in CC where it will know where to pick up that file from? From my knowledge I thought all photoshop needed was all the files that you're importing to be in the same folder as the template you're running the CSV.

The values displayed above is the info that went into both dataset examples above and as you can clearly see I got two different results.

Notice how in CC it didn't automatically know where the filepath was but in CS6 it automatically knew where to pick up that image? That is where I'm struggling to figure out why the same CSV sheet wont import correctly in CC but will import correctly in CS6. 

Any ideas, and clarifying questions are highly appreciated.
