CS6 just quit opening Fuji RAF files from LR6, I don't use CC just standalone on both, is this a ACR issue?

I've been using this setup for months and then yesterday, Adobe Photoshop could not open the RAF files, I didn't do anything different or update anything.  Just need some suggestions.

    thanks

X-T2 requires minimum Camera Raw version 9.6, or the corresponding Lightroom version 6.6. But ACR 9.6 will not install or run in Photoshop CS6. The highest supported version is 9.1.

A standard "edit in Photoshop" will never work with that camera in CS6, because it relies on a corresponding ACR version to work. But if Lightroom is updated to 6.6 or above, it can export an already rendered file to Photoshop. This will be accompanied with a notification pop-up to that effect - but if you turned that warning off, you may need to turn warnings back on again.

Ok, thanks for the suggestions, I actually turned the warning back on and that let me import into CS6 but of course with the outdated version of ACR, which I can't update.  Thanks for the help, I might have to get a CC subscription at some point.

I agree. This name has cost Adobe a lot of money. What jargon chasing marketing meeting bought us to the pass that many people will not upgrade because they don't like the name, and believe the software is something they don't want... Subscription-only is a entirely different discussion of course.

XT2  - It had been working fine until 2 days ago.  It still imports the files from the XT1

Also, when I click updates in CS6 it takes me to Creative Cloud Box for installed Programs, I don't even have any CC programs installed let alone a subscription.  Is Adobe starting to abandon their standalone software and direct those to CC??
