CS6 MasterCollection Not Able to Have Extended Edition Again with SSD?!!

So, yeah, as the title implies, I had swapped out my HDD for and SSD and had to re-install some programs (Adobe CS6 among them).  Low and behold ONE SSD on the EXACT SAME SYSTEM would be capable of having it; but now it isn't available...at all.  The device I'm using has the capability of having 2 internal HDDs/SSDs, so using the pre-boot options allows me to choose from one or the other, but the system itself is still the EXACT SAME.

How do I get the 3D options to be available again, since the issue is obviously not with my system, but with Adobe.

You aren't explaining your problem very well, from what I'm reading in your post.

It sounds like you have 2 SSD's installed and you have a OS installed on each. Then you are trying to install CS6, I guess just Photoshop, on both SSDs so it can be available whichever SSD you boot from.

Then you ask about a 3D option.

Also from what I read CS6 is not longer supported or downloadable if you don't have a physical disc to install from.

Please slow down and state the exact problem you are having.

Quite the contrary...you're attempting to add information which isn't there because it would be irrelevant.  Let me see if I can simplify it so you can understand, your lack of knowledge to CS6 being Creative SUITE (not a sole program) exemplifies that it's going over your head.

I have the installation discs:

CS6 on one Solid State Drive installed and on that one, the Photoshop is the "Extended" version (which has the 3D Effect listed).

CS6 on an identical Solid State Drive within the SAME SYSTEM will not install as the "Extended" version, so there is no 3D Effect that can be acquired.

This IS the problem, which IS ALSO what I stated, but you seem to have overlooked anyhow.

Two drives running the exact same software, from the exact same installation, yet ONE does not have the needed extra.

And all imaging programs I've found would only do the entire drive, not just 1 package.

aingeald, please leave the patronizing tone at the door. You can rest assured that we have all been around since long before the Creative Suites even existed.

Extended or Standard is the same installer. Your license (the serial number) determines which one you see. So you apparently have a licensing problem.
