CS6 pressure sensitivity and Bamboo ink plus on Surface pro 4 not working.

This doesn't seem to be anywhere for the CS6 version of Photoshop on Windows 10. The pen sensitivity works in other drawing programs it's only just in Photoshop it doesn't work. The pen does work however just not with the sensitivity. I have tried everything that has been suggested for the CC Photoshop version to no avail so I'm wondering if anyone has a solution for the CS6 version. Contacting both Wacom and Microsoft have no solution either.

Photoshop CS6 itself is not officially guaranteed to work on Windows 10.
There is no choice but to use at your own risk.

Old version of Photoshop like CS6 only support digital pens via WinTab APIs. Your Wacom Bamboo pen use Microsoft INK API. Perhaps if you install Microsoft WinTab device driver for your Surface 4 Pro Pen your Bamboo may also work with old CS6  along withe your Surface Pro 4 pen.
