CSV file with variables - automatic loading to the recorded action

is there any way you can force photoshop to reload the csv file with the variables every time you run the recorded action?

I have recorded an action that uses a CSV file with variables to prepare many graphic files in PSD format.
I often add records to the CSV file (I do not rename csv) and every time before running the action I have to load an updated csv file to photoshop so that all records in the file are included.

with what script can you make photoshop automatically load a fresh (updated with new records) CSV file with a variable each time you run a recorded action?
