ctrl c / ctrl v doesn't work when photoshop is enabled

Hello. Tell me why when I work in Photoshop, the combination of the ctrl + c ctrl + v key does not work. Photoshop works on standard settings. I haven't changed anything. I quit Photoshop everything starts working.

    Here is the same thing, after I open photoshop 2022 the shortcut copy and paste from windows dont't work, and when I close photoshop start to work well again.

     

    Can someone help us with this?
