Hi.

For some reason when I use the brush tool instead of seeing a circle stroke I see a crosshair and caps lock is not on and the brush is at a reasonable size so it shouldn't do it, how can i fix it?

After caps lock, the next place to check is Photoshop menu > Preferences > Cursors. What do you have here?

Hi @ShakedGD

It could be a small brush size. What is the brush size and what is the size of the canvas? Try changing the size.
