Cursor/Brush laggy after I stop painting lines.
No matter what I try to do to fix it, the issue persists. I have no issues or lag any other time, but when I lift up from painting or drawing a line, it will make my cursor extremely choppy for a couple seconds before returning to normal. I never had this problem on my old pc, which had significantly worse specs. I use a wacom tablet typically, but the issue exists even when I try using my mouse, both with the tablet drivers enabled and disabled. Besides disabling the drivers for my tablet, I've maximized my RAM usage, turned on and off all advanced settings, and maximized everything else in performance after tweaking them slightly at a time, I've changed brushes and it keeps the same problem on all brushes, regardless of the brush size, the same goes for canvas size, as well. This is practically a clean install, only exceptions being 2 small brush packs I've installed, and the Camera Raw Filter. I have photoshop installed on my SSD, and I am running an i9 10900k and a 3070ti, alongside 32GB of DDR4 3600mhz RAM. All of which of these, my previous computer had much worse of and ran photoshop fine.
