Cursor de texto com erro, muito grande

O Cursor de texto fica muito maior que a fonte , ja feche e abri o programa várias vezes , redefine o padrão e não volta ao normal.

Para textos grande atrapalha muito o trabalho.

Se alguem tiver uma solução eu agradeço .

Hoje uso o Photoshop 23

In the 1st image there is the error, in the 2nd image I created a new file, and with another source, and it seems to have corrected it. however in the previous file even changing the font does not change the cursor.
