Cursor moves by itself in Liquify

Every. time I use Liquify the cursor moves around the screen by itself for a few seconds and then you can control it. I use a mouse in my Mac Book Pro but even the trackpad is not operational until the movement stops. It happens every time. Please fix this crazy bug asap.
