Cursor posiition not showing in rulers

I updated to v23.5.3 the other day and I have lost my cursor position in rulers. I can see an update v24.1 in my Creative Cloud desktop but for some reason this is marked 'Not Compatible!'
Any idea how to solve this?

Hi Kevin
I solved it. Problem was with Windows not updating to Ver 21H2. Found a
couple of errors on chkdsk but Windows still wouldn't update. Eventually
ended up doing a manual update with the Windows Media Creation Tool. After
that Photoshop V24 loaded without a problem.

Hi @davids24527070 go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste the details here.

That will help narrow down the "not compatible" message you are getting for the updates.

Try one of these solutions:
- Activate "Deactivate Native Canvas" option from Edit> Preferences> Technology Previews
- Deactivate "Use Graphic Processor" option from Edit> Preferences> Performance

Hi Omar
Thank you very much for this. Cursor now showing. After a little
experimenting it seems I can leave the graphic processor on but did need to
activate 'Deactivate Native Canvas'
Most grateful to you
