Question
Cursor randomly jumps around: Photoshop and Bridge with WACOM Intuos Pro M
Hello all
I am a photographer and need some very urgent assistance.
- I have a CC Suite account and have been using this on my MacBook Pro for some time with great success.
- Recently, I updated the Mac to the latest OS Catalina and also the CC to the latest revision.
- Since then, I find that when I use CC applications with the Wacom tablet, the cursor randomly starts jumping around.
- I contacted Wacom who asked me to try a number of things such as driver cleaning and reinstalling, but this did not work. They then asked me to download a specific sketching application and test in that. There were no issues at all when using that application.
- Likewise, the issue does not occur outside of the Adobe Apps - Desktop, MS Word, etc are all fine. As soon as the pointer focus is in the Adobe app the issue starts occurring randomly.
- I have even tried reinstalling the OS to Mojave and CC, but the issue is still there.
- Even tried it on the Macbook Air I also have .. same issue.
I am at my wits end on this .. I am unable to do my work and it is now piling up.
Could seomeone please provide some assistance?
