Cursor size on Windows 10

Hello, i instal Photoshop on my PC Win 10. And cursor really big. In Mac os all fine. Please help. I'm attaching the photo. Monitor 5k LG.

Try closing Photoshop and then right click on the Photoshop.exe or shortcut and change these settings

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019
