Curves layer in actions not running

After the last update the curves layer in all my actions is not running properly.  Instead of adjusting as programmed in the action, the grid pops up and wants me to adjust manually.  I have tried turning off libraries and restarting the application, turned off the plug-in generator, and uninstalled and reinstalled PS.  I also deleted and reinstalled the actions.  I am still having the issue.  I can see in the action that the custom settings are programmed into the action, but for some reason aren't playing out.  These are actions I purchased and have been using for at least a month with no issue.  This problem is affecting all my actions, not just a particular set from one vendor.  HEELLLLPPPP!!!!  (Please )

Adobe introduced a bug in CS4  that may cause action  that add adjustment layer to fail to play correctly. If you are using CS4 or newer Make sure you have not changed the adjustment Panels Fly-out menu Items defaults setting.
