Custom downloaded brushes' size reset to default? Adobe Photoshop CC (22.4.2) 2021

The default brushes don't have this problem however

i downloaded some preset brushes and loaded them in to photoshop

Say the default size of custom brush 1 is 190px
I change it to 5px then i chose another custom brush

when i come back to custom brush 1, it reverts back to 190px 

I have Always use pressure for opacity turned off. Pls help me
