Customer Service Not Good

I hit up customer service for help since he/she did not know my question he/she transferred me to a TECHNICIAN. But sadly the technician are not sure what to do. He suggested me to reset my settings that might resolved the problem but I was not convinced. I ended up the conversation since I know he does not know what was the real problem. He suggested me that he will investigate it and send me the problem and solution. And then, I WAS RIGHT! THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HE SUGGESTED ME EARLIER. VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE. And he was rude addressing me the problem like, "I TOLD YOU EARLIER." They should also be more polite.
