Customizing open PDF dialog box...is it possible?

Hi

When opening pdf in Photoshop dialog box always start with mode: rgb color and crop to: bounding box.

Is it possible to customize this dialog to some different settings?

If Windows: Do you start Photoshop as administrator?

Windows, CS6...admin...use last used values if I dont close PS, but after new photoshop start, dialog revert to basic settings.
