Damaged cloud photoshop file.

There's a photoshop cloud file that I've been working on for the past month or two, and unfortunately just now it got damaged. I've tried to recover it, but I've had a few problems:

Firstly, because it is damaged, trying to open it results in Photoshop stating that the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop.

Secondly, I've tried using the method listed out here (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/open-revert-cloud-document-version.html), but I cannot find where step 3 (Select the file name at the top of the page, then choose Version History from the drop-down menu next to it.) is supposed to be.

I'm lost on what to do. I've worked on this for months, and I don't want to have to restart all over again.

Correct answer Mister Alsco.

Nevermind, I somehow found out that going to Files on a browser and opening the file on the web version of Photoshop somehow allowed me to revert the file. This will likely not apply for all, but that's how I somehow fixed this.
