Deblur Car plate [Locked]

Hi guys, 

Is there anyone that could make up the number plate off this security camera footage? Our car was stolen with a lot of important things inside and this car was involved. The police have the footage but haven't heard from them.

I literally said the police have the footage but they couldn't care less about a stolen car
