decontamination color not working photoshop 2020

I´m trying to do a quick mask using color range, but when I try to refine the selection in the mask menu the option of decontamination color is enabled it the mask menu... What am I doing wrong? HELP!!

    I just update CC2020 21.1.2 and have the same problem ! I'm searching help and support as well . Continung to contact Adobe support.

    I just found out and work for me .. as you  select & mask  .. the next panel on the top left coner  ..Make susre you uncheck "sample all layers"  then I can check decontaminate colors ...
