Default opened zoom is 0.222%, very tiny since update, how to fix?

Hello! When I open a graphic, it's default zoom upon open makes it very very tiny, almost a single pixel. How can I change the settings to open the file up to screen? the file in question is 900 x 1500 pixels, with a 300 dpi resolution.

This is very wierd, never happened before...

Hi there,

That doesn't sound like a typical experience. Are you using a high-resolution monitor?

Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with?

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
