Default workspace

I had to reinstall CC and I used to have the 2018 version now I have the 2019 version and it won't save my workspace. Before when I would open CC my workspace would look the same as always and now it completely resets and it also resets all the settings like my smart sharpen settings to default. How do I get CC 2019 to keep the workspace I want and save my settings?

Hi Sarah,

What operating system are you using?

On a Mac, the Workspaces are in Users > [yourname]  > Library > Prefs > PSCC 2019 Settings > Workspaces

In Windows, it should be similar.

Make sure you have the rights to save to that folder. That is the first thing to check.

On a Mac, it's Cmd + I for Get Info.

On Windows it may be Properties and the keyboard shortcut may be Alt + Enter.
