delay using intuos pro pen only in photoshop

hello/

i am wotking with the latest photoshop version. windows 10 and intous pro 450 . and there is a delay while using the brush tool . while using the pen it is ok. in other apps is is also fine. it is only the brush tool!

Can anyone suggest any answers, please?
