density + and density - tools . PS 22.0.2

Good morning

It is not possible to use the density + and density - tools.  (dark tones/light tones/medium tones). At 1%, it's already too much especially for the density tool . At 10% which was about the norm in other versions of PS, to make beautiful gradients of light, everything is burned from the first brush stroke. Do some people have the same problem?

I know the forum is not the right place to fix bugs, but could someone tell me how to report this bug to Adobe?
