Designs are saving blurry

Is anyone else having trouble with there programs since running the latest update?! My programs are running okay, but for the first time ever I am having trouble with the image quality of my final designs made in both Illustrator & Photoshop! Help?!?!

    No issues here. Can you be more specific about the issue and by latest update do you mean Photoshop 21.1.2 which came out yesterday?
