Hello, I could not download Photoshop, did not use it, and the program wants me to pay money, but the application has not been downloaded

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

So this is why it was not possible to download, but they warned about this
after filling in the data. How can I pay for a product that I did not use
(could not use) please cancel the subscription. I hope for your
understanding, especially since I am under 18 (

No-one here can cancel anything. This is a user forum, answered by volunteers. We do not work for Adobe.

You will need to discuss directly with Adobe Customer Care.

Hi There,

It does not work the way you are thinking, the amount gets due as soon as you subscribe to the plan. It does not matter whether you downloaded the application or not, it also does not matter if you are using it or not. If you have trouble downloading the application, please provide specific error that you get so that someone can help you out. You can even contact support for help on this
