Didn't the pen tool have fill and outline column on the top? same as the path selection tool

I remember that older version of Photoshop has the Pen tool with the fill and outline column on the top, now I need to go to the path selection tool each time to create those, how can I make my photoshop like the older version?

To get the fill and stroke options with the Pen tool, change the dropdown menu in the upper left from Path to Shape.
