Difference between these two offerings? [Photography Plan vs Photoshop Single App]

A mockup pack I'm interested in requires "Photoshop CC or later". So I see the two below. One is cheap but has two apps, one is double the price but has one app. Is there a difference between Photoshop CC and "Photoshop"? Any help telling the difference between the Photoshop versions these two offer is really appreciated. Thank you!

There are frequent queries over the difference between Photoshop Single App plan and the Cloud Photography Plan.

Photoshop is identical in both.

The inclusions in both plans are outlined here:

Differences between Photoshop and Creative Cloud Photography Programs

The Photoshop Photography plan mentioned no longer exists. It was superseded by the Cloud Photography plan.

The bottom line is that the Photography plan is the best value for money: 2 apps for half the price of a Single App plan. If you don't need the minor extras in the Single App plan then join the Photography plan.

Thank you John. Very helpful. I'll go with the photography plan in that case.

Update: Adobe has recently added the full version of Adobe Fresco plus the premium version of Creative Cloud Express (both of which normally cost $9.99/mo. by themselves) to the Photoshop single-app plan, which are not in any Photography plan.

The Photoshop single-app also offers more online storage and can be purchased month-to-month, whereas the Photography plans cannot.

The Photography plans now include either the cloud-based Lightroom desktop app or Lightroom Classic, or both.

This plan comparison table should make everything clearer.

As John points out, most customers find one of the three photography-related plans to be of better value – but with Adobe's new additions to the PS single-app plan, it definitely depends on your needs.
