Disable or change angle snap when drawing hotkey?

Hi, 

I use Lazy Nezumi Pro and love the ruler tool in there. I want to use the shift to constrain a line using Nezumi Pro but it wont overide the Photoshop default SHIFT DRAG. 

Is there a way to change or disble the SHIFT DRAG hotkey in Photoshop?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
