Disable save to creative cloud in Photoshop 24.5.3. 2023

I have PS 24.5.0 on an  iMac running OS Ventura 13.4.  How do I disable the "Save to Creatve Cloud " dialong box. Don't use it, never have, never will. The option box to disable that was in File Handling in Preferences(Now called SETTINGS) for PS is no longer there  [see attaached screenshot]. Hate this, how do I get rid of it now???  Help!

Hi @gigir64330038 that is odd. BTW "Settings" is due to Mac OS Ventura requirements.

It may be a matter of resetting preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

Be sure to save Workspaces, presets (actions, brushes, etc) prior to resetting.
