Disc Error with plug in

I am getting an error when I try using Viveza 2.

"Could not complete the Viveza 2 command because of a disc error"

I have uploaded Nik software plug in like I have using the last 3 photoshop updates.

By dragging and dropping the app to the plug in file.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
