Displacement bug + Rectangles have 8 points

Hi Adobe,

I'm working on macOs Catalina 10.15.7

Since the last update something strange is happening.

Rectangle shapes have now 8 points (2 at each corner...).

In addition, I noticed a displacement bug:
1 / I select the 2 corners of a rectangle with the selection tool (A)
2 / Shift + right arrow
The whole shape moves.
