Display problem and file saving issues on macOS ( Photoshop 2020 and illustrator 2020)

Hello everyone, I am making this publication to ask for your help. Recently, I've been experiencing problems with my software, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. When I open these two applications nothing is displayed as shown in the picture. Then, I can't save or save new documents. I restarted my computer several times, uninstalled Photoshop and Illustrator and even adobe creative cloud. If you have a solution or an advice, I'll take it! thank you all.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us which macOS version are you working on? Did you start experiencing the issue after an update to Photoshop or to macOS?
