Distort box flickering

I have PS CC 2014 and am using Windows 8.1 (64-bit). Lately, when using the Distort feature, the frame flickers as I move it by the grab handles, making it difficult to use.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Cartoonist,

    Try unchecking use graphics processor Edit > Preferences > Performance and then relaunch Photoshop.
