DNG 12.1 update problems

Trying to update from early version of DNG on windows 7. Update to 10.0 worked fine and appears using original icon. Update to 12.1 however does not change current installation . When I try to open the new  exe. file I get error MSVCP150.dll file missing. Any ideas??
