Do I need to uninstall photoshop cc?

Hi all, I've been told that because Windows 11 is playing up on my laptop so I have to do a clean install of Windows. I recall when I had a stand alone CS6 I had to uninstall it in this situation but do I need to do that with CC through my adobe account in order to be able to reinstall it once the clean copy of windows is installed?

I'm not at all technically minded so any help gratefully received on this one. Many thanks.

You should be fine just doing a clean install.

Should Adobe think that your device is suddenly a new one, then you can free up the old activation in your Adobe Account:

@lincgreg you just need to sign out of the Creative Cloud app, download the Creative Cloud app from the below link and reinstall, sign back in again and you're good to go
