"document size" greyed out in render video dialog box

Hello, hopefully somebody can help.When I try to render to video , the option "document size " is greyed out .
Does anybody know how to solve this?

    solved.just has to do with the size of the file

      There is a dimension limit when redering video, which is 2304 pixel. So if you resize your longer side as 2304 and then export, the "document size" option will show up. I know. It's hidden and stupid.
