Document window is floating in top left

Hi,

 

I've recently installed Adobe photoshop cs6 and when trying to change some preferences to make the ui bigger, as i'm on 3000x2000, something went wrong:

I was messing around with override high dpi settings in Properties > Compatability.

 

I have also disabled Floating Document Window Docking if that had anything to do with it.

In Compatibilty>Change high DPI settings>High DPI scaling override set it to System instead of System Enhanced and see if that works better.
