Does CS3 suffer the same issues caused by windows 7 update to the win32k.sys driver than CS2 does?

currently its fairly well known that windows updates appear to have broken the CS2 functionality and cause PS windows to stay on screen when you select another app window or vanish randomly while using the app. All occurring because of the continued security updates to the way the win32k.sys driver works dating back over 12 months.

my question to anyone running CS3 and win7 and above is... is it broken and causing strange window issues on CS3 too?
