does Intel 500 meet requirements for photoshop

Need a cheap solution to run Ps and found a laptop that has inter 500 , will it do.

No it does not meet the current minimum recommended system requirements.

The GPU recommendation is that the GPU should have at least 1GB dedicated VRAM - The Intel 500 does not have dedicated VRAM, it shares system RAM.   A GPU older than 4 years may also have restricted functionality, if it works at all. The Intel 500 came out in 2015.

You're welcome. Be aware that the GPU requirements have been updated further, by Adobe, and now recommend 2GB of VRAM and Direct X 12 support.
